Slow-operating doors and congested entrances shouldn’t keep patients from getting urgently-needed medical attention. Clinics and urgent care centers must have reliable doors, accessible entrances, and uncluttered areas to quickly and easily administer the treatment patients require. Horton Automatics designs, develops, and delivers high-performing, long-lasting urgent care & medical clinic automatic doors that keep patients healthy, visitors secure, and medical personnel working effectively and efficiently.
Applications include:
Horton Grand® and MiniGrand® revolving door systems are ideally suited to the requirements of healthcare facilities. These doors can be customized to have the right diameter and speed to accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, and gurneys.
The AutoFlow, MiniGrand and Grand automatic door systems are ideal for heavy traffic with energy savings in mind.
The EasyFlow™ Manual Series 9500 is a low-cost energy-efficient alternative to an automatic revolving door system. The EasyFlow™ Manual Series 9900 adds power-assist automatic homing to the manual revolving door system.
Engineered to meet the challenging demands of medical facilities, which operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The automatic sliding door is also very common—and in some instances more popular—because it doesn’t swing in or out, which can make entry easier. Like the swing door, it can be tied to motion sensors when someone approaches, or it may require pushing a large, easy access button or trigger to activate.
This door is one of the most common types, opening the way conventional doors do, but without requiring pushing or pulling. The automatic swing door can either open when a motion sensor is triggered or when someone pushes an access button.
These systems provide ADA -compliant handicap door openers and high-traffic automatic access.
Swing door operators can be installed at new construction or to upgrade an existing door. Folding doors are very versatile and provide a solution for very large openings as well as for narrow corridors that require wide openings in a narrow space.
Horton offers a wide range of low energy swing doors for ADA compliance. Horton also offers full power swing doors for heavy traffic applications. Choice of inswing, outswing, left or right-handed and is compatible with all electrical or mechanical hardware.
These systems allow the option to leave doors completely or partially open without the need to break out the doors. These doors are ideal for optimum space utilization.
Horton Automatics offers these manual swing doors in equal, unequal, and pair configurations. Looking for a custom design? These systems can incorporate mini-blind glass and/or fire-rated panel options.
The smoke-rated sliding ICU systems are available in multiple configurations with concealed high-temperature gaskets or brush designs.
