“ There was a delay in the summer due to material procurement that could have been a major blow to the project opening date. Horton’s team, in combination with Susquehanna’s team, did a good job of recovering from the material procurement issue. They mobilized quickly and communicated throughout the entire process to ultimately get the materials we needed installed prior to the opening date. Every project has issues, but it’s how a vendor handles them that gives you confidence that you chose the right vendor. And I’m confident that we did.”
