Early Warning Detection Door System
The Early Warning Detection and Lockdown option/feature provides another layer of security for early detection of a possible breach attempt.
Options:
- One or 2 Sidelites (to create required corridor).
- Special dimensions available (contact factory).
Operation
If a pedestrian approaches the door from the Unauthorized Entry side, while there is no traffic exiting the door, the Early Warning Detection (Motion Detection 1) signals an alarm
and/or initiates a red flashing light to warn that pedestrian they are entering a prohibited "Do Not Enter" area. Traffic flow exiting the door in the intended direction (Motion Detection 2) continues uninterrupted. However, if that pedestrian continues undeterred
toward the door in a breach attempt, the Lockdown Detection signals the revolving door to instantly stop and lockdown.
